James Cook University – Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery

❑   JCU MBBS Supplemental Application (PDF) – e-signature required
❑   Reference letters (max. 3) – Referees must send directly to admissions2@oztrekk.com.
❑   Prediction of Academic Achievement Form (PDF) – Only required if you have not yet completed high school studies (see “How do I send my transcripts?” above)

Macquarie University – Bachelor of Clinical Science / Doctor of Medicine

❑   Macquarie Declaration (PDF)

Monash University – Bachelor of Medical Science / Doctor of Medicine

❑   Official ISAT score report (PDF)

• Minimum score of 170 or above, with a minimum of 165 in both Critical Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning
• Contact ACER to book your test.
• Nominate Monash University as a preference when you register. Important: You must register using the same email address that you use to contact OzTREKK/apply.

❑   Monash University charges a AUD$100 application fee. These fees are paid directly to the university (link will be provided when your application is submitted). Please let us know if you do not wish to pay this fee and we will cancel your application.

University of Western Australia – Bachelor of Biomedicine (Specialised), Doctor of Medicine

❑    UWA Prediction of Academic Achievement Form (PDF) – Only required if you have not yet completed your high school studies  (see “How do I send my transcripts?” above)
❑  Official ISAT score report (PDF)

• Minimum ISAT score of above 25th percentile in each section. ISAT scores are valid for two years.
• Contact ACER to book your test.
• Nominate UWA as a preference when you register. Important: You must register using the same email address that you use to contact OzTREKK/apply.

Important to remember for University of Queensland, Macquarie University, and Deakin University: Applications are assessed in rounds or on a rolling basis. You are encouraged to apply early, and a minimum of 1 month before interview dates to be considered for that round.

Deakin University – Doctor of Medicine

Griffith University – Doctor of Medicine

❑   Résumé (PDF) – Include any relevant experience in the medical field (max. 3 pages)

Macquarie University – Doctor of Medicine

❑   High school transcripts – Required for anyone with fewer than 6 years of post-secondary studies undertaken in English (see “How do I send my transcripts?” above)
❑   Macquarie Declaration (PDF)
❑   Macquarie MD Supplemental Form

University of Melbourne – Doctor of Medicine

Monash University – Bachelor of Medical Science / Doctor of Medicine

❑   Check Monash Prerequisites – Confirm that you have the relevant biomedical units
❑   Résumé (PDF) – Only required if  you have been out of school for 6+ months
❑   AUD$100 Monash application fee paid directly to the university (link will be provided). Please let us know if you do not wish to pay the application fee and we will cancel your application.

University of Notre Dame Australia – Doctor of Medicine

❑   Please advise us of your first preference for program location: Sydney, NSW or Fremantle, WA. Should you be open to both, this can be discussed during a panel interview (if invited) directly with the university.

University of Queensland – Doctor of Medicine

❑   High school transcripts – Used to establish English language requirements only (see “How do I send my transcripts?” above)
❑   UQ Authority Form (PDF) – E-signature required
❑   Check UQ Prerequisites – You must meet the Integrative Cell & Tissue Biology and Systems Physiology.  Look for your courses on the International MD prerequisites table. General human physiology and cell biology courses should suffice. If you do not have these courses but feel you have covered the content required, please submit a Subject Prerequisites Assessment Form to UQ, and confirm with us once submitted so we can add a note in your file.
❑   Review UQ’s Transfer Policy and Procedures – As part of our agreement with UQ, we must confirm that all applicants understand that a release to another Australian university is only granted under exceptional circumstances. Please review UQ’s Transfer Policy and Procedures before the submission of your documents.

University of Sydney – Doctor of Medicine

❑  Read the Sydney Admissions Guide and Sydney Admissions Timeline.
